In order to shop with us, you must enter information in all fields required for customer registration. If we do not have your email address we can not send an order confirmation and we can not inform you about delivery delays or if any part of your order can not be delivered.<\/p>\n
The personal information you provide to us is used for order processing, billing and delivery of our services to operate as well as possible. The information is not passed on to any third party.<\/p>\n

We only offer invoice payment options. In some cases pre-payment is used before delivery.<\/p>\n

We apply no minimum order value. You can order for a value of \u00a3 1.<\/p>\n

Shipping cost depends in what product and how many you ordered.<\/p>\n

\nDelivery<\/h3>\n
Servicepoolen has an office\u00a0in T\u00e4by. The products we have in stock are sent usually from us 1-2 days after the order has been submitted and in some cases paid. The products that we do not have in stock, we will send as soon as possible. Normally 2-3 days after the order been submitted and paid. The delivery time of DHL and Schenker\u00a0is usually 1-5 business days within Sweden.<\/p>\n
\nOrder Products<\/h3>\n
\nCancellation<\/h3>\n
As a private person, you have the right to cancel your order before we have sent the order to you. The exemption order goods have already started production.<\/p>\n
\nFee for unclaimed parcels<\/h3>\n
Delivered goods remains with the delivery point for 14 days from the date of arrival, the time within which you must pick up the package if it is not to be sent back to us.<\/p>\n
At no pick-up\u00a0package we charge a fee of 400 SEK to cover the charges incurred in connection with the package is returned to us.<\/p>\n

All the goods you ordered are Servicepoolen’s property until full payment has reached us.<\/p>\n
\nClaims<\/h3>\n
To return a faulty or defective, please contact us immediately. We will send you a new product at no additional shipping charge provided it is available. We can not replace you with a new product, we do a refund to you when we have received the faulty goods in return. \nReturn Policy and Returns<\/h3>\n
