Client and personal data

In order to shop with us, you must enter information in all fields required for customer registration. If we do not have your email address we can not send an order confirmation and we can not inform you about delivery delays or if any part of your order can not be delivered.

The personal information you provide to us is used for order processing, billing and delivery of our services to operate as well as possible. The information is not passed on to any third party.

Payment options

We only offer invoice payment options. In some cases pre-payment is used before delivery.

No minimum order value

We apply no minimum order value. You can order for a value of £ 1.

Shipping within Sweden

Shipping cost depends in what product and how many you ordered.



Servicepoolen has an office in Täby. The products we have in stock are sent usually from us 1-2 days after the order has been submitted and in some cases paid. The products that we do not have in stock, we will send as soon as possible. Normally 2-3 days after the order been submitted and paid. The delivery time of DHL and Schenker is usually 1-5 business days within Sweden.

Order Products


As a private person, you have the right to cancel your order before we have sent the order to you. The exemption order goods have already started production.

Fee for unclaimed parcels

Delivered goods remains with the delivery point for 14 days from the date of arrival, the time within which you must pick up the package if it is not to be sent back to us.

At no pick-up package we charge a fee of 400 SEK to cover the charges incurred in connection with the package is returned to us.

If you are unable to receive a delivery or pick up your item, please contact us for a discussion about the delivery or takeout.

If delivery or pickup is delayed by you fails to receive the goods after notification, we are entitled to charge a fee for the additional costs that may arise for us. If you fail to receive the goods after notification, we are entitled to see your failure as a cancellation of the goods. We will then refund the purchase price minus shipping and return shipping costs.

Vehicles Damaged goods

If an item is damaged in transit, the damage reported immediately to the carrier (DHL, Schenker or Postnord). You will also contact us for complaints.

Retention of title

All the goods you ordered are Servicepoolen’s property until full payment has reached us.


To return a faulty or defective, please contact us immediately. We will send you a new product at no additional shipping charge provided it is available. We can not replace you with a new product, we do a refund to you when we have received the faulty goods in return. For the return of defective goods we send a shipping label with postage prepaid by appointment. Once the electrical contact customer Servicepoolen before that the goods be returned.

Return Policy and Returns

Private Consumers have under the Distance Contracts, the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The right applies only when the goods and packaging returned unchanged. We ask you to note that it is not regarded as an exercise of the right of withdrawal not to pick up a package or not to receive a delivery.

Exceptions withdrawal

The right does not apply to ordering goods or goods manufactured according to customer special requests.

Servicepoolen supplies to private individuals, companies, organizations, associations, schools, churches and more throughout the Nordic market.


The prices of our goods are in Swedish kronor. By default rates excluding Swedish VAT. VAT 25%. Shipping costs will be added to all orders.

Age limit for orders

Customers under 18 must have parent or guardian permission to make orders have us.


Servicepoolen reserves the right to change information without notice. At any final sales Servicepoolen right to cancel the purchase and refund any of the advance paid.
